install FlareGet 3.1-42 On Ubuntu, Debian (And Derivatives), Fedora, CentOS, OpenSUSE, Mageia And OpenMandriva


Hello friends. As you may know, FlareGet is a multi-threaded, multi-segment popular download manager and accelerator, working on Linux. 
The latest version available is FlareGet 3.1-42, which has been recently released, coming with changes and fixes. Among others, a FTP crash has been removed, the merging speed has received improvements, a merging failure bug has been squashed, a filename encoding issue has been corrected, a display bug has been removed and other fixes and optimizations have been implemented. In this article I will show you how to install FlareGet 3.1-42 on the most  popular Linux systems using either DEB or RPM packages, including: Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pinguy OS, Elementary OS, Deepin, LXLE, Linux Lite, Peppermint, Debian, Kwheezy, Crunchbang, SparkyLinux, Fedora, CentOS, OpenSUSE, Mageia andOpenMandriva.
Because it is not available via any repository or PPA, we have to download the package from the official site and install it by hand. Follow the instructions for your system and architecture exactly, in order to get a successful installation.
