$ sudo apt-get install gdebi
$ wget download.teamviewer.com/download/teamviewer_linux_x64.deb
$ sudo gdebi teamviewer_linux_x64.deb
remove teamviewer 9, on each of 32 bit and 64 bit
$ sudo apt-get remove teamviewer
